Conference Topics
This conference aims to exchange the latest research findings and practical experiences in the field of passive green buildings, promoting the development of passive green buildings. Topics include but are not limited to:
- Global development trends and challenges of passive buildings
- Latest research and trends in passive building materials
- Optimization strategies for natural ventilation and lighting in passive buildings
- High-performance envelope systems and technologies
- Renewable energy utilization in passive buildings
- Thermal environment and comfort optimization in passive buildings
- Adaptation studies of passive buildings in different climate conditions
- Adaptation studies of passive buildings in extreme climate conditions
- Integration strategies of urban planning and passive building design
- Comprehensive evaluation and certification systems for passive buildings
- Indoor environmental quality and health impacts of passive buildings
- Economic analysis of passive buildings
- Intelligent control and operational management of passive buildings
- Application of digital technologies in passive building design
- User participation and customized design of passive buildings
- Education and practice in passive green buildings
Paper Publication and Indexing
This conference offers two publication options:
- Conference Proceedings: All accepted full papers will be published in English by IOS Press and submitted for indexing in EI Compendex, Scopus, and other databases.
- Journal Publication: Outstanding papers will have the opportunity to be recommended for publication in the “journal of Building Energy Efficiency” (ISSN: 2096-9422, a T3-level journal in architectural science, and a journal of The key magazine of China technology).
Special Notes:
- Authors can ultimately choose only one publication option: either conference proceedings or journal publication.
- The final papers submitted for the conference proceedings must be in English, while papers recommended for “Building Energy Efficiency” journal must be in Chinese.
- We provide language support services to assist authors with necessary translations (1000 CNY per article).
Submission Guidelines
The conference accepts extended abstracts and full papers in both Chinese and English. Please note:
- Full paper submission should not exceed 8 pages.
- Papers should have academic or practical engineering value
- Submitted papers must be original research results, not published elsewhere
- Papers should strictly follow the provided conference paper template
- All submitted papers will undergo rigorous anonymous peer review by 2-3 experts from the academic committee
- At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration and attend the conference for the paper to be published or scheduled for presentation
